Job Description:
• Management and monitoring of residents' medical files
• Responsibility for medication
• Ongoing monitoring of residents' health status
• Partnership and involvement in personal rehabilitation programs
• Working in a multidisciplinary team
Job requirements:
• Valid certified nursing certificate
• Experience or familiarity with the field of mental health – an advantage
• Understanding of rehabilitation processes, empathy, responsibility and ability to work in a team
