Job Description
We are looking for a Purchasing Manager to join our team at a logistics center in Shoham. This is a full-time position with the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for procurement and placing orders
- Coordination with suppliers/contractors for breakdowns and management of spare parts/tools warehouse
- Managing procurement and orders with external companies and suppliers, including international vendors
- Handling invoices/accounts and budget management
- Updating the PM maintenance management system (SAP)
- Registration and documentation for KA maintenance
Requirements:
- At least 1.5 years of experience in procurement, including working with international suppliers
- Knowledge and experience with SAP system
- Full control of Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel
- Native Hebrew speaker
- Good level of English
- Technical background is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills, responsibility, ability to work with interfaces
- Punctual, able to work independently and as part of a team
