A leading global food company in the Shefala region is recruiting a quality manager. As part of the role:
- Management of quality representation in the production routines of the products.
- Performing quality fault analyzes (investigations).
- Participation in HACCP meetings.
- Leading projects for continuous improvement in order to reduce complaints.
- Responsibility for cleaning and quality procedures in the production lines.
- Management of a pathogen surveillance program and its implementation, including supervision of program implementation.
- Supervision of the quality tests that are done on the line.
- Delivering quality training to employees and external suppliers.
- Accompanying the operation of new equipment in the line.
- Assistance in preparing for quality and food safety inspections, including administrative surveys.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in food technology/biotechnology.
- Previous experience in a quality role in food factories.
- Administrative/command experience – an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks.
- High level English.
